Cutting Edge Dentistry

CEREC 3D
Using a camera, a computer, and a milling machine, we are preparing and placing natural-lookingceramic fillings for our patients in a single office visit. This new technology is called CEREC 3D. This technology allows Dr. Pinner to repair a damaged tooth in a few hours. We no longer need to take impressions or create temporaries. And unlike the old procedure where you make a second visit in a few weeks to seat the new restoration, this procedure is done in one visit!

ViziLite
Our practice continually looks for advances to  ensure that we are providing the optimum level of oral health care to our  patients. We are concerned about oral cancer and look for it in every patient.  We have recently incorporated ViziLite Plus into our oral cancer screening  standard of care. We find that using ViziLite Plus along with a standard  oral cancer examination improves the ability to identify suspicious areas in the  earliest stages. Early detection of pre-cancerous tissue can minimize or  eliminate the effects of oral cancer and possibly save your life. The ViziLite  exam will be offered to you annually at your hygiene appointment. It is  performed immediately following a regular visual examination and is quick and painless.
